Starting as a journeyman electrician early in his career Roger hones a strategic and disciplined approach to problem solving. Over the last 25 years he has built this company known for its attention to detail, and functional designs. He enjoys CrossFit at a local gym, singing in church, and spending time with his grandchildren. Roger and his wife Patsy also own Brew–n–Bake the number 1 local coffee shop in Lake Jackson!
Roger’s Wife and the real “Boss” at Cornerstone Builders! Patsy oversees the design aspects, she understands the coordination, fundamental pallets, and focal points necessary and makes sure every project looks cohesive, purposeful and accomplishes the goal/creates the spaces our clients have been dreaming about. She is a passionate baker as well as the star behind Brew–N–Bake coffee.
As a local real estate broker, Lauren is uniquely equipped as our project manager. She manages the trades and schedules each site while communicating with our clients through the entire process. She is our client liaison and helps make sure each dream is executed to perfection. If shes not checking homes shes chasing chickens or playing golf with her husband. Graduating from Texas Tech University she continues to learn about the latest building science and technology. She is currently serving as a city council member in West Columbia and loves being a bonus mom!
Michele runs the office, ordering and customer service part of our company. As a distinguished businesswoman, she has held key positions in several local franchises, and we are blessed to have her as part of the Cornerstone Family. Graduating from the University of Houston she settled close to her roots and is the proud mother of 2 young boys. She volunteers heavily with her church and the local chamber of commerce and makes the best mac and cheese known to man. Michele is a key part in client relations and project operations during the build of your new home!
